Terms of Use

Last updated: September 23, 2026

By using BetterCollegeGrades.com, you agree to use the site as an independent educational and planning resource.

Educational estimates only

Calculator results are estimates based on the grading values displayed on the relevant page and the information entered by the user. They are not official academic records, admissions decisions, progression decisions or university advice.

University policies control

Universities may apply rules that are not represented in a general calculator, including rules for repeated courses, withdrawals, pass/fail study, transfer credit, exclusions, program-specific GPA and rounding. Your institution's current regulations, registrar and official transcript control if there is any difference.

No university affiliation

BetterCollegeGrades.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the universities named on the site. University names and source links are used to identify relevant grading information.

Reasonable use

You may use the calculators and directory for personal educational purposes. You must not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated activity in a way that materially disrupts the service.

Availability and corrections

We may change, correct, add or remove site content as the dataset and tools evolve. If you identify a possible grading-data error, please use the contact page.
